UK DELIVERY
We offer complimentary click & collect from our Chelsea store. We will send you an email to let you know when your order is ready to pickup.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Items being delivered outside of the UK are now subject to customs fees, which will be the responsibility of the customer, regardless of whether the item is going to be returned. For specific delivery questions, please contact us for a bespoke quote.

NOT RIGHT? NOT A PROBLEM
If your purchase isnāt quite right, you have 7 days to return it. Please note that items over Ā£4,000 are non-refundable, and we encourage you to visit us in-store to view them before purchasing. Sale items can be returned for store credit only, valid for 3 months from the date of return.
HOW TO RETURN
Email us ā Let us know what youād like to return and the reason. Weāll provide you with our return address.
Return your item ā You can either pack and ship us your item or visit our Chelsea store to return it in person.
Receive your refund ā Weāll process a full refund to your original payment method or issue store credit for sale items (valid for 3 months) within 48 hours.
In-store purchases are final and cannot be returned.
Items over £4,000 are non-returnable, and we encourage you to visit us in-store to view them before purchasing.
Sale items are eligible for store credit only, valid for 3 months from the date of return.
All online returns must be made within 7 days.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds on earrings, swimwear, tights, and socks
